At Barnett Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your outdoor apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip provided in the returns portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
